FOI: How Many Enforcement Notices?

Under a Freedom Of Information Request details were requested of how many enforcement notices/penalties were issued for fly tipping offences in Cranford for the last year. This is decent progress from the last FOI request. Well done LBH for cracking down on these nefarious activities.

The response

In response, 6 Fixed Penalty Notices have been issued in the Cranford ward by Hounslow Highways for dumped waste/fly tipping, between April to September 2021.

The special waste team has issued forty-three (43) Fixed Penalty Notices in the Cranford Ward for unauthorized deposit of waste/fly tipping between March to October 2021.

The Neighbourhood Enforcement Team have issued 20 Notices under Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and policing Act 2014 s43 – Warning notices since the 1st of January 2021 – 2nd of December 2021. This would include Notices for fly tipping/waste on private land.
