Southall Lane Litter Pick & Results
Some of us from Cranford Action Group, and some of the members of Heston Action Group met up on Saturday 16th March to have a clean up in Southall Lane.

There was a lot of rubbish in the road side verges, which was difficult to get at in places, due to the thick brambles growing over the litter.

We also found a whole bunch of stuff behind the road itself on the old track that goes as far as the M4. Umme can be seen here helping to move an old mattress.

There was a substantial amount collected by the end of our efforts that took 2-3 hours.

Many of us went to the nearby Queen’s Head for some refreshment after our efforts.

Southall Lane Clean-up
Meet on Saturday morning, March 16th at 11am at Cranford Community College where CAG along with our neighbours at HAG will perform a joint clean-up operation of Southall Lane.
